RESOURCE POST
I'm really, really sorry guys. I know I promised everyone an icon batch for my next update, but because inspiration has been limited on my end lately, the wait for the next batch will probably be extended until further notice. However, do not fret. Instead of icons, I bring you two sets of new resources!

Hopefully, the "grunge" look and lens flares are still popular amongst graphic-makers!

Anywho, for easy access, the brushes can be all found on one stamp sheet. To use them, please follow these steps:

1. First, you MIGHT have to invert (PSP: Color > Negative Image; PS: CTRL I) the image for this to work.
2. Click on the Rectangular Marquee Tool (PS) / Selection Tool (PSP). Using your mouse, drag over the brush until it is selected.
3. The next step varies amongst graphic programs:
   
   For PS go to Edit > Define Brush, then click OK. Now click on the Brush Tool (CTRL B) and your new brush should show up.
   
   For PSP, click on the Brush Tool and in your Tool Options palatte there should be a small icon of a paint brush, click on that. When you click on that, a droplist should appear, go to Custom and a window will open. Once the window opens, click on Create. Your new brush should appear. PICTURE.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask. The "starry night" textures produce the best effect when the visible layer is set to "screen". Also, they are black and white textures so they will vary with the images that you choose to icon. That said, make sure you play around with the opacity.
